Do I need to change
my long-distance service at home?
NO. The
AccuLinq calling card is a stand-alone card. You don't need to change your
home long-distance carrier to get this card.
Can
I use the AccuLinq Card from my Home or Office?
YES. Utilizing
our QuickLinq Service, we can program our network to recognize your
phone number so you don't have to input your 11 digit PIN number when calling
from one of two predesignated phone numbers you choose!
How many bills will I
receive?
If you order
one, two or three cards everything will be itemized on one bill.
Are there any setup
fees?
Yes. Each
account has a one-time activation fee of $1 per calling card for the first 5
calling cards for a maximum setup fee of $5.
What about monthly
minimums?
There are no
monthly minimums. If you don't use your card(s), you don't get billed.
Are there any
additional or hidden fees?
If you use your
card during a billing cycle you are charged $1 for web billing statements.
Additional $1 if mailed statement is desired. State and federal taxes also
apply.
Usage Procedures:
1. Dial our
Local Access or Toll-Free number to access the network.
2. Enter your 11 digit access code.
(Your code is your phone number plus a 4 digit pin number you choose)
3. Enter 1+ Area Code + Phone Number
4. To make another call? Press "*" key twice.


Terms of this service are subject to AccuLinQ policies and its carriers'
tariffs.
Additional $1/month if mailed bill is desired. Call details are made
available to all customers via secure web site. A major credit card is
required to secure the account. Billing is in 6-second increments, with
a 30-second minimum per call. Calls to Mexico are billed in full-minute
increments.
